TICKETS

Please have your printed ticket, or your ticket ready on your phone.

Please bring plenty of ​cash or your EFTPOS card for food stalls etc.

​CHILDREN

Children are very welcome and under 5's are free. ​Accompanied children between 5 and 14 should buy a regular pass pass and can camp with their parent/caregiver for free. Children must be under the supervision of their parent/caregiver at all times.

​FOOD AND DRINKS

​The Pizza and Coffee Shack offers wholesome vegetarian and vegan food from 8am till late.

Pizza and meals $12, Barista coffee, etc. $5 (Soy $1 extra), Homemade Banana Ice-cream $5, Breakfast Muesli $7, Cakes $5

All proceeds go to Equine Pathfinders Foundation.

​DRINKING WATER

Natural freshwater from our bore is freely available across the site. Please be considerate of others and the land.

​MONEY

​​Food ​and ​drinks are available for purchase by using festival tokens. Tokens are sold in increments of ​$1 and ​$5 ​and are available for cash and EFTPOS at ​the information booth ​throughout the festival. Unused tokens can be refunded at the end of the festival​ or left as a donation to Equine Pathfinders Foundation.

CELL PHONES AND INTERNET

​There is NO cell phone coverage on-site. Limited internet is available free with purchases ​at the Pizza and Coffee Shack.

CAMPING - TENTS

There are plenty of tent sites available on a per person basis. Book yours here. Campsites are located a short walk from the festival hub.

May I keep my car by my tent site? Dedicated car-parking is provided and your gear will be transported to and from your tent site.

What facilities are there at the tent sites? The camping facilities are basic with cold water sinks for washing dishes, hot showers, and composting toilet facilities.

IMPORTANT: No kitchen facilities are available to campers other than cold water sinks for washing up. Campers who wish to prepare meals are expected to be self-sufficient in terms of portable gas cooking facilities. Fires are prohibited.

CAMPERVANS

​​Limited campervan parking (20 vehicles) is available​ a short walk from the festival hub. Camping is available on a per person basis. Book yours here.

​Campervans ​may not be more than 6 metres in length and have ​adequate ground clearance to access paddocks.

Larger vehicles will not be granted entry.

​Once in place, campervans may not be removed from the camp area until the end of the festival.

​​Campervan facilities are basic ​with hot showers and composting toilet facilities. 

We have a TOTAL FIRE BAN due to the close proximity to Woodhill Forest.

​VISITING FROM OVERSEAS?

​We recommend hiring a campervan for pickup on arrival at Auckland International Airport. This will be a cost effective way to have both transport and accommodation. Here's a google search of providers that may be helpful. Remember to ​book your ​campervan parking for the festival here.

​CAR PARKING

​Dedicated car-parking is provided near the entrance to the property and a short walk from the festival hub.

​Vehicles are prohibited from the festival hub.

Parking is provided on an "all care and no responsibility" basis. Please lock your cars and avoid leaving valuables on display.

​Gates will be open only between the hours of 9:00am and 8:00pm.

ZERO WASTE!

Please be considerate of others and the land.  Use toilets provided and take all of your own rubbish home.

BE MINDFUL

You are in nature, take care of yourself, each other, and the horses.

May I bring glass bottles etc? NO GLASS – you are in the horses home.

May I bring my dog? NO DOGS allowed.

​FIRES

May I light a camp fire? We have a TOTAL FIRE BAN due to the close proximity to Woodhill Forest.

​SMOKING, DRUGS & ALCOHOL

This is a low alcohol event. No alcohol is sold on site. Illegal substances are prohibited. Smoking is not permitted within the festival hub.

​LOCAL SHOPS

The closest supermarket, fuel, pharmacy, etc. is at Helensville and approximately 20 minutes drive from the venue.

ROAD CONDITIONS

FYI Wilson Road is gravel, driving slowly ensures safety.
